Statement Of Faith
- Sh’ma, Yisrael! ADONAI Eloheinu, ADONAI echad (Hear Israel! ADONAI our G-d, ADONAI is one); and you are to love ADONAI your G-d with all your heart, all your being and all your resources. These words, which I am ordering you today, are to be on your heart; and you are to teach them carefully to your children. (Deut 6:4-7a)
- We believe that ADONAI (the Father), Yeshua (the Son) and the Ruach ha kodesh (the Holy Spirit) are one. We believe in the virgin birth, sinless life, death and resurrection of Messiah Yeshua and in His coming return. We believe in the judgment for all. For those who believe in and know Him as their Savior have eternal life with Him and that those who do not believe, have eternity, separated from Him.
- We believe that all have sinned and are in need of the Savior and that salvation through faith in Messiah Yeshua is a gift from G-d. This is the only way in which we may be saved. (Romans 3:23, Eph 2:18, John 14:6)
- We believe that Torah and grace walk hand-in-hand; that Messiah Yeshua is the living Torah and that the two co-exist in the scriptures. (John 1:1-5)
- We believe that the original texts of the Tanach (old testament) and the B’rit Hadasha (the new testament) are the inerrant and inspired word of G-d. (2 Tim 3:16)
- We believe that we are to be as holy as He is holy, and to walk a life of obedience and faith, set apart for G-d. (Lev 19:2)
- We believe that G-d is a G-d of order and not confusion. All aspects of our service, worship, dance and our lives need to demonstrate the order set forth in scripture. (1 Cor 14:33)
- We believe that Genesis 12:3 tells us that those who bless Israel will be blessed. We choose to bless Israel as a nation through prayer, support of Messianic ministries here and in Israel and in keeping up to date in the affairs of that land.
- We believe in the unity of all believers in Messiah Yeshua with G-d as our father and in the great commission to bring the good news to all peoples to the Jew especially, but equally to the Gentile and that the word of the Lord may be fulfilled. (Rom 1:16-17)
